Welcome to the start of an exciting chapter, one that marks the culmination of an eight-year transformation. Our new name represents our transition from a technology-enabled home care service provider in New York, Chicago, Boston and Toronto to a pure-play technology company that exclusively provides next-generation software-as-a-service (SAAS) to multi-site home care companies.

Our software commercialization began over two years ago after capturing the interest of some of America’s largest home care providers. In particular, partnering with Bayada Home Health Care, a global company with 390 offices in eight countries, helped us validate our platform and adapt it to the needs of a large, multinational enterprise.
